What is an AI advisor?

Someone who looks at how your business runs, finds the tasks AI can take off your plate, and either builds the solution or shows you how to use it. Practical guidance rather than a course.

Who is this for?

Owners of businesses with roughly one to fifty staff. Face to face across Southport, Liverpool, Manchester and the North West, and on Microsoft Teams anywhere in the UK. Any trade or profession.

Do I need to understand AI already?

No. Everything is explained in plain English and built around your actual work.

How much does it cost?

The first 20-minute call is free. After that you get a fixed quote for an audit or project, or a monthly rate for ongoing help.

When and where do you meet?

Weekdays, 6pm to 10pm. Face to face over coffee in Southport, or Microsoft Teams anywhere in the UK. Liverpool visits by arrangement.

Do I need an account to contact you?

No. The contact form and email work without one. Booking a meeting asks you to confirm your email address first, so calendar invites reach a real inbox.

Which AI tools do you use?

Claude and ChatGPT for writing and reasoning, Microsoft Copilot where a business already runs on 365, plus specialist tools for images, video, voice, phone answering and automation.

Is my data safe?

Client work uses business-tier AI accounts that do not train on your data. Nothing about your business is shared without permission, and a short usage policy is part of every audit.

Can you work with my existing website or software?

Usually. Most automation and chatbot work sits alongside what you already have.

Do you offer training for staff?

Yes. One-to-one sessions and half-day team workshops, evenings for now with daytime by arrangement.
